The place was well priced. Everything was lovely, amicable staff, sweeping views of the lake.

The services are efficient, including a spa area. the facilities are really nice, with on-site parking. the location is stunning and fantastic, very close to everything if you have a car or even a bicycle. Next to the town center, Hastings, and a good walk alongside the lake to all the restaurants.

We could hear every noise from outside, nightstands near the bedside were dirty... Very far from the center.

We all loved the homie fealings and the great friendlyness of the owners, Close to all the things a family want to do for sightseeing or shopping and food. Found it realy quiet at night which was great for sleeping after a hard day walking and shopping.

Great value for money, the rooms were warm and very comfortable. The spa pool was an added bonus and made are stay unique. The atmosphere was friendly and the faccilities top quality. Kids loved the loft bedroom and the big screen T.v was great since it was S.a against nz rugby! We would highly recommend this motel and hope to visit again..Just to add we left 3 items in the room by mistake and they were sent to us within a few days. We were all round extremely impressed!

Reasonably priced room with good amenities. the hotel's spot is just gorgeous - only a 10-15 minutes stroll from Taupo Hot Springs. 🌟

I loved the heated pool and the plunge pool in our room,its was all very clean,we also liked the little extra touches, our friends that stayed down the road at another hotel it was more experience and didn't have the little things.we would come back next time in taupo and I have already recommended to my friends.!!! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

The heated outdoor pool and the spa in the rooms were good and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, as already stated by previous visitors, the walls are too thin and I could hear somebody snoring in the next room. We were a family of two adults and two children and found the living area unsuitable. There were only two chairs to sit on which weren't very comfortable. The only other seats were the dining chairs or a single bed, which I think should be replaced with a two seater settee. Otherwise good value for money for a cheap getaway.

Great spot for a 2-night stay! Awesome location, especially if you're into Kayaking 🚣‍♂️. the building and rooms are top-notch, with air-conditioning that keeps things nice and cool.
